What we need from you
- Access to Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Suite. We will show you how; it takes 5 minutes. You can remove our access with one click, and you never share your password.
- Your logo and colours, if you have them. If not, we will match your existing posts.
- Your programme, or at least a link to where you publish it.

Do you need our password?
No. You give us access to Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Suite, without sharing your password. We will show you how; it takes 5 minutes.
Can we remove your access?
Yes, at any time, with one click in Meta Business Suite. The profiles and every post on them stay yours.
Will anything be posted without our approval?
No. You see every post in advance on a single link and approve it or ask for a change, with no app and no login. If you prefer, posts can also go out automatically, without approval.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract: you pay month by month and can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month.
Is the featured spot on rijeka.party a paid placement?
Yes, and that is why rijeka.party labels it clearly as featured. Your events on rijeka.party are free, with or without a package. The Programme + content and Everything packages only add the featured spot on the homepage.
How much does social media management cost?
Programme 179 € a month, Programme + content 299 € a month and Everything 499 € a month. In the Everything package you pay the ad budget separately, directly to Meta. The first three clubs, bars or organisers get the first month free.
